Maybe not -- I have seen this information widely report!  Why would this 'good news' not be widely report in a media that claims the are reporting fairly?  I hope you don't believe their claims - see below excerpts and tell me, do you consider this good news?

That would represent the smallest monthly death toll since 20 in February 2004, the lowest of the three-year war.
