What a Shocker -- Selective Memory

Does this shock anyone? Carter selectively forgetting things he did while being a puppet, much like his presidency, for the Democratic leadership... Doesn't surprise me at all; however, I thought I would share it with you.

Carter allowed surveillance in 1977
